During a day at Nucor Vulcraft's steel mill, I photographed the workers, the machinery, and everything in between for a hiring campaign. I felt like I was photographing a piece of history because of the hand-drawn sketches on the walls, the people who have been working there for decades, and the physical-tangible product they are producing.
